A: We handcraft aromatherapy candles, bath bombs, wax melts, rollerball blends, soaps, shower steamers, scrubs, and more — all made with natural essential oils and biodegradable ingredients.

Q: Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

A: Yes — all products are 100% cruelty-free, and most are vegan-friendly (just check the individual product details).

Orders & Delivery

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Standard UK delivery is 3–5 working days. Local click & collect is also available.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At present, we only ship within the UK & Ireland.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?

A: Please contact us within 48 hours with your order details and a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Treatments

Q: What treatments do you offer?

A: Yes, you can add hot stones or aromatherapy oils for a small additional cost.
