The Wholistic Haven began with a love of holistic therapies, aromatherapy and the simple belief that looking after yourself shouldn't feel like another thing on your to-do list.

Over the years, it has grown into something much more than a treatment space. It's a place to come when you need an hour to yourself, a thoughtful gift for someone you love, a little support with your wellbeing, or simply something beautiful to make home feel calmer.

Every treatment I offer and every product I create is chosen with intention. I want The Wholistic Haven to feel warm, down-to-earth and genuinely welcoming, never intimidating or overly complicated.

The Wholistic Haven is an independent holistic wellness space in Strabane, Northern Ireland, created around one simple idea: wellness should feel welcoming, personal and achievable.

From deeply relaxing holistic treatments and Head Spa rituals to hand-poured aromatherapy products made with essential oils, everything here has been thoughtfully created to bring a little more calm into everyday life.
